To be honest, I was a bit surprised when I suggested my husband come with me to learn meditation and he quickly agreed. It was definitely out of his comfort zone but he is realizing how his stress and anxiety is keeping him from living life to the fullest. He has commented that he really enjoyed the meditation experience and feels it will be a great tool for him to help him relax and live life in a calmer and more joyful way.
